Greg’s Boot Camp is high energy and fast paced. You can work at your own pace, and instructions are given for all fitness levels. Each class is different and that keeps things interesting. Greg is motivating and encourages everyone in class. The time flies by and when you leave, your not only energized but you know you worked every muscles group and got in some fantastic cardio, too. Talk of Greg’s Boot Camp classes spread through my town rather quickly. When I received an email with a link to his website, I reacted immediately. Just by reading through the success stories and the general class description, I knew this was the program for me.

I began in June and was hooked after the first week of my free trial. My normal exercise routine usually consisted of a daily 3 to 5 mile run. Greg’s class was a whole different ball game for me! The mix of cardio exercise and strength training was all new to me. Greg presents a challenging work out each time using weights and resistance bands . What I liked the best from the start was that each class I attended was different. The one thing I can count on each time is an intense and vigorous work out. The time passes so quickly and I leave there feeling energized every time. I’ve been working muscles that I didn’t even know existed. I’ve set goals for myself for weight loss and toning and I know that with Greg’s help I will reach those goals in no time! I already see a huge difference in the way my clothes fit and the energy that I have on a daily basis. Plus, I’ve already graduated from 5 lb weights to 8 lb weights which was a big step for me.

It’s always been hard for me to stick to a regular routine outside of running because of my busy schedule with work and my two sons. Greg’s class has been such a positive change in my life that I don’t let anything interfere with my Tuesday and Thursday classes with him.

I take Greg’s Bootcamp classes in Hanover Township. Since starting these classes, I have noticed a big change in how I feel. My energy level has gone up considerably. I also feel much stronger. I am doing excercises that I have not done in years! The classes are alot of fun, even though we work very hard! (When Greg says ‘be prepared to sweat,” he means it!) I prefer the classes over a gym because I really enjoy the group and community feeling. Several mothers I know from town attend, and while I was intimidated by that at first, I now love it. It makes working out so much fun! I like the classes and Greg’s training so much that I hired him as a Personal Trainer! He works around my schedule, comes to my home, and provides me with a routine to do when he’s not with me. I highly recommend Greg to anyone!

A few months ago, I attended a party at my friend’s house and she was telling me about Greg’s Boot Camp class which peaked several of my friends’ interest. Yet, I must say the 6am timeframe was a bit terrifying. How would I wake up that early? I am a night owl! But, my friend then showed us an extremely motivating e-mail from Greg and raved about him and the class. So that next week we gave it a try and have been completely hooked ever since!

The class is amazing and incorporates weights, sprints, squats, lunges, etc. It works nearly every body part during each class. I have not only seen such a difference in my body as far as definition in my arms and legs but I have lost over 10 pounds and am down a clothes size. Every class is different in some way. The variation keeps it exciting and never dull or boring. Even though the class is high impact and quite challenging, you can go at your own pace. The 6am time is early but now I have gotten accustomed to it -- yet -- I am not such a night owl anymore! Another advantage is that it does not interfere in my personal life at all -- it does not take away from my husband or kid time which was always an issue if I went to the gym or even attempted to work out at home on the treadmill. Now, not only do I do this class twice a week but it has pushed me to work out on my own at least 2 or 3 of the other days of the week. The class is inexpensive so it also is not an economic burden like a gym might be.

Lastly, I am eating better and realize if I stick to the healthy diet along with this class -- I will see direct results. Greg is a fabulous motivator during class as well as his e-mails and website. This class has changed my life for the better!! Just try one class and you will see for yourself!! You can do it!!

I started out with a trial session of Greg’s Boot Camp and I was hooked. My goals at that time were to lose weight and then tone up. I have defiently lost the weight and toned my body. I enjoy Greg’s Boot Camp and he makes exercising fun and the 45-minutes flies by.

I feel that Greg’s Boot Camp can benefit all ages and exercise styles. One good thing is that you can go at your own pace. I have definitly increased my stamina and ability to complete the exercises.

I feel that Greg is a great instructor. He is fun, energetic, and supportive. This is a wonderful class that I look forward to attend each week.
